8.2.11 - The first level of NICET's newest qualification program, Electrical Power Testing, for engineering technicians is now open for testing, experience evaluation, and certification. Certification is awarded to technicians, regardless of their employer, on the basis of job knowledge and work experience. Certifications may be upgraded through four progressively higher levels by additional testing and experience evaluation.
